Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned for her morbid appreciation of stupid action and horror films. Her reviews started in late 2009; when she began to gain some recognition (under her old name, Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of the family at Channel Awesome. In early 2015 she was on the channel when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. The podcasts she hosts are about the Charmed series. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Videos of her are available here and here. Her videos on Twitter as well as Tumblr. Are you bored of Allison? You can see her kicking ass on the screen as Interpol ninja Cheetah Lee from Ninja the Mission Force. She also appeared on Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! Guest-starring on Midnight Screenings is a regular occurrence. The program reviews grotesque film that is aimed at kids, RiffTrax and live shows. It also occasionally features adult comedy. Then, in the latter half of 2009, she started to review movies, and began to gain a following on the Channel Awesome forums. She joined the network's family of movie critics. She's appeared in countless Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She used to be a member in Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker as well as frequently appear on the episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
